With this utility that Mojang offers, you will be able to create a server for Minecraft both in your PC as well as in other server in which you work. The consume leve can be high for a medium-low equipment, and depending of your possibilities, you will be able to have more or less players.
As long as the program is well-configurated and working, the level will be available to all users who have the access granted. Playing with the options of the server, you will be able to banner players, change the difficulty of the game and many other settings. The program is not really intuitive as it gets configurated through an editable .txt file and the only help you can find is in the net (from here we recommend you guía).
