More advantages to normal PhotoScape

It's simple, it is not a very professional program but it is easy to use and will leave cool results. The portable is perfect because it has the same as PhotoScape, but you can use computers in public service or a friend if you want to edit a photo and you're on your computer, plus I think it weighs less. What I do not understand is why not leave crop photos, if it is basic!
