NirCmd

Sometimes it happens that the actions we wish to execute from the command line which comes pre-configured in the Windows operating system, is too small for all of the features we would like to be able to control from it. We can only perform certain actions and we would like to add some more that we can execute from this command line.

There are a few applications for this purpose, adding extra features to this line. One of those is NirCmd, which is    handy software developed by NirSoft specifically for this.

With this small application we can add more features, such as volume control, screen display brightness, contrast or start and close of session. We can also manage shutdown of Windows from the command line or system restart. Furthermoer, it has the possibility for controlling the different windows we open on our screen.

The application is really attractive: we can unite features on the command line that previously we had to execute by opening windows or searching in the control panel.    .
