The best thing about My Telcel is, that as well as the great amount of information it provides to users, My Telcel is easy to use and it has been designed with an intuitive and well- organized interface. It is easy to find the account data, the mobile data, the services contracted or those which we have available and this is exactly what makes it one of the most useful apps that we can find, when it comes to managing our accounts.
On the other hand, we can say that it is not available in many languages and that we do not have direct access to an online support, but we do have the customer service which makes up for this.

I installed it a few weeks ago and I like all the information it provides and all the details about the services I have contracted. I can also pay certain bills directly from the application.
