Hello, I use this program often because my profession requires illustration with diagrams as usual. With Visio this is done very quickly and easily, in minutes you have a very good and presentable result. You do not need prior knowledge to use the program, I think it is very intuitive and can be learned on the fly without problems. Also, you have many options to customize the look of charts to use you have to give the presentation, etc.. Very handy, I recommend it.

The most interesting thing about Visio is that you can do the work together, many times we need to make staff and it is not easy to make a diagram in parts, working together allows us to enrich the work and correct errors quickly. In particular, Visio has been a great help.

The program helps a lot to make diagrams, it has so many templates that I don't need to do much to finish a diagram. Although it is quite fast sometimes it does not open certain formats or it opens and does not read them completely, I would love to see that fixed.

Very good program, especially for diagrams of chemical processes because it has pressure vessels, pumping equipment, instrumentation, etc. ..
The best: if it is easy to use, especially because you're selecting and pasting the figures, it is best to have many different menus
The worst: It is not complicated, you can even enlarge or diminish the size of the figures
