It does not seem efficient at all to me, the apartment ads are repeated all the time, the advertisers do not usually answer the questions very much, or they do not include some of the acquisition or rental expenses, sometimes the photos do not correspond, or they do not remove Expired ads.

The application should be able to be more efficient in the search, it lacks filters and some descriptions, it is also very annoying to always be seeing an ad in which the application is valued. There are too many times that it appears, it does not allow us to search the properties well.

Idealista is very cool, of the ones I've tried I think it's one of the best. But I think it is necessary to improve the filters, I think that increasing certain characteristics would help to find certain properties faster, filters for the type of floors, elevators, etc.
