Pros
Cons
The city is really similar to Miami of the 80's, and the argument and the characters remind powerfully to the Scarface. There comes the long hair again and the light colored suits and a taste of the criminal and police series that we could see some years ago.
The playability of GTA as we know it now was made here, with one of the biggest city of the moment in its launching date. A great extension that got all kind of sites, from the most luxurious one to the extreme poverty and from the beach to the marshes.
The story of its main character was told us in a non-lineal way, with a freedom that was never seen before until this game came and with a huge variety of cars and activities to do.
If you want to remember this classic or to know the preceding of the new GTA games, you can buy Grand Theft Auto: Vice City in Steam.

It's a little grotesque, it would be better that instead of buying cars and steal their weapons among others and instead to use their skills for evil used it to work in the police or guard.
