BOUML

BOUML is a UML2 tool with which you can generate and specify codes in C++, PHP, Java, Idl and Python. This application is very simple to use, very faster and it requires low memory.

You will have the possibility to programming in a simultaneous form in Java, C++, IDL and PHP, and you will be the person who decides what must be generated. In regards to external tools, they can be developed in Java or C++, using BOUML for defining them. When you generate code for C++, IDL and Java, you can manage the generation and you could make reverse engineering, that is, with the code you can know the model.

It has an open code under the GNU General Public License and it is free, it also supports a great quantity of charts. It is capable of make documents in different formats and it cans work in group with its modules 'Project Synchro' and 'Project Control'. Some useful options are missing like typical align to baseline grid but it is a functional and complete program. You must download and try it.
